Baba is a must for pastry chefs. Elaborated from a traditional recipe and soaked in a rum syrup, our pastry is made with care in our factory in Gémenos, in the south of France.
Known to be one of the favorite desserts of the French, the rum baba is reinvented through multiple forms. This revival is based on the development of syrups or alcohols with different tastes but always with a healthy recipe.
